RETURNS
We always hope that our customers will be delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. This must be done within 14 days from the delivery date by notifying our customer service via the contact form with your order number.
Once we have received the return request, we will arrange with the transport company to collect your goods. The pallet must be perfectly packed as it was received. Please keep in mind that ceramic goods are delicate and may be damaged during transport, so we cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by poor packaging.
The return charges for a product will be covered by Ceramic Connection in case of defects or order errors. If it's a return due to dissatisfaction with the product, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended to request free samples before placing an order.
The refund of received amounts will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction. The amount for the items will be refunded, deducting the shipping cost, unless the fault was on the part of Ceramic Connection.
Returns of already installed products will not be allowed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be securely made using a debit or credit card, which will be processed through the RedSys platform, accepting major debit and credit cards. We use this platform to ensure that your payment information is protected through SSL encryption technology. Your data will be used solely to complete your purchase transaction and to process a refund if necessary. Your debit or credit card will only be charged after we have verified your card details and received authorization from your card issuer to proceed with the payment.
You can also make payment via bank transfer. In this case, your order will remain pending payment until we receive your transfer, which should include your order number in the reference. Once the payment is received, we will proceed to process your order.
We also offer payment through Bizum.
