You will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed. Once payment is received, the order goes into the preparation stage.

You will receive an email when the order leaves the warehouse. Additionally, our carriers provide tracking links or direct contact methods for you to check the whereabouts of your order at any time.

It depends on the destination where your order will be shipped. The cost will be calculated at the checkout once you have selected the products you wish to purchase. Shipping costs are determined by the transport company based on the delivery postal code and the weight of the order. Please note that ceramics are heavy, and shipping costs can be high.

We ship orders to all of Spain except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. However, please be aware that shipping costs outside the mainland may increase both in terms of time and cost.

The delivery time varies depending on the type of product and whether it is a sample or a palletised order. Samples are sent by post and usually take between 24 and 48 hours, for purchase orders, you will find the delivery time on each product page in the "Delivery" section. If the order is not available, this will be reflected at the time of placing the order and you will be informed via email of the approximate delivery time.

During the product selection process, you can enter the quantity you need in both square meters and pieces. If you're unsure of the surface area you require, you should multiply the two sides that make up the floor, or in the case of a wall, multiply the length of the base of the wall by the height you want to cover. If it's an entire wall, it would be from floor to ceiling.

It is recommended to order between 10% and 15% more material than needed. This is because breakages can occur during installation, and there is typically a need to cut pieces, which results in some waste. Additionally, it's advisable to have extra material stored in case you need to replace a piece in the future since it may not be possible to find the exact same production batch, and there may be slight differences.
