It is possible to return the products within 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer receives the items, without any justification. To do this, the customer must contact customer service through the contact form indicating the order number or by filling out the cancellation form and sending it to the email info @ceramicconnection.es.

The return of the material must be made to the address Avenida Real de Extremadura, 9, Onda 12200, Spain. The cost of transporting the returned goods must be paid by the customer unless it is due to a defect in the product or an error in the shipment. The organisation and management of the return transport shall also be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error.

Once we receive the items, we will check their condition. In case any product is not in the same condition it was sent, Ceramic Connection will apply the necessary deductions depending on the condition of the returned product. Therefore, it is recommended to verify the product before proceeding to the opening of the boxes and prior to installation.

Refunds will only be issued for products that have been returned to Ceramic Connection's facilities in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the transport and integrity of the items. To ensure maximum protection of the goods during transport, we recommend palletising the goods to be returned and checking that they are properly packaged and secured before shipping. Ceramic Connection will not be liable for any incidents that occur during transport due to faulty packaging.

The corresponding refund will be issued in the same form of payment with which the customer paid the amount of the material. The initial transport service to the delivery address indicated by the customer will not, in any case, be reimbursed.

It is recommended to check the goods upon receipt before any manipulation. In the event that the products have suffered any damage or breakage during shipment, this must be recorded on the delivery note of the carrier.

For the correct processing of any claim, the delivery note of the carrier will be consulted and the customer will be asked to provide photos and/or videos of the material prior to any manipulation. In any case, no claims of any kind will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

According to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, article 103; returns of products made to measure for the customer or clearly personalized will not be accepted.
