It is possible to return the products within 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer receives the items, without any justification. To do this, the customer must contact customer service through the contact form indicating the order number or by sending the return form to the email adress: info@ceramicconnection.es
Once the articles have been received, we will check the state of the goods received, in the event that any product is not in the same condition as it was sent, Ceramic Connection will apply the necessary deductions depending on the state of the returned product, therefore it is recommended to check the product received before opening the boxes and prior to its installation.
The goods must be sent to the adress Avenida Mediterraneo 138, Onda 12200, SPAIN. The cost of transporting the returned goods must be paid by the customer unless it is due to a defect in the product or an error in the shipment.
The reimbursement of the amounts received will be returned in the same form of payment with which the customer paid such amounts.
Reimbursement will only be made for products that have been returned to Ceramic Connection in perfect condition, being the customer's responsibility for their transport and the integrity of the articles. Please ensure that the goods are perfectly packaged and secured to ensure their integrity during transport. Ceramic Connection will not be responsible for incidents during transport due to defective packaging.
