Samples
At Ceramic Connection, we understand that choosing the right tile is key to achieving the desired result. Each production batch may present slight variations in color, texture, or gloss, so we always recommend viewing the material in person before purchasing. Ordering a sample allows you to see the actual piece in your space, with your lighting and decoration.
- Each production batch may vary slightly in tone and finish.
- Photos may not accurately represent the true color.
- By viewing the sample at home, you can check how it matches your surroundings.
- You will appreciate the texture, gloss, and quality of the material.
- Samples larger than 30 cm will be sent cut (max. 20x20 cm).
- The cutting is done manually, so edges may be uneven.
- The goal is to show the colour, texture, and finish.
- Returns are not accepted for samples with small imperfections on the edges.
- For special products such as skirting boards, mosaics, natural stones or handmade clays, the sample is not free.
- If you need a sample in the full format, you can order 1 box or 1 unit of any of our products.
- Samples are free of charge. Only shipping costs are paid.
- For high-priced products, samples have a cost ranging from €1 to €3 depending on the product.
- Shipping is carried out by courier to the indicated address.
- Delivery time in Spain: 2-3 working days (except for remote or island areas where delivery may take longer).
- Delivery time in Europe: 3-7 working days.
- You will receive a tracking number by email.
- Maximum of 8 samples per order. If you need more, please place multiple orders.
- Only one sample per model is allowed.

Sales Conditions
- Products showing their price per m² are sold by boxes, and one box is not always equal to one square meter. Quantities are rounded to full boxes during the purchase process.
- The technical specifications of each product are shown on the product sheet.

- Availability: all our products are usually in stock, but some items may be temporarily out of stock. It is recommended to check availability on the product sheet and, in case of doubt, contact customer service.
- Delivery times vary by product. Each product sheet shows the estimated delivery time.
- Delivery times are approximate and ultimately depend on the logistics management of the carrier and coordination with the customer.
- During Christmas (December 24 to January 7) and August, delivery times may be extended due to logistics staff holidays.
- The transport company must arrange the delivery time with the customer.
- Orders are delivered by platform truck with a pallet jack. They will be delivered at street level, as close to the entrance as possible.
- Upon receiving the order, check that the material has arrived correctly. Inspect the pallet for any damage. It is very important to take photos of the pallet before unpacking and of any defects found. Any incident should be noted on the delivery slip to process the claim.
- It is highly recommended to take photos or videos of the order at the time of delivery, even if it appears in good condition, as handling during transport may cause damage. This will help in any future claim process if needed.
- In case of breakage or damage during transport, it must be noted on the delivery slip at the time of receipt. If the damage is significant, it is recommended to refuse the goods. Ceramic Connection will immediately send a replacement.
- The goods must be checked before handling. You have 48 hours to report hidden damage caused during transport.
- Photos or videos of the issue must be provided before any handling.
- Once the claim is processed, if applicable, Ceramic Connection will arrange collection with the transport company.
Returns / issues
- Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
- Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- For notifications of breakage during transport, items must be in their original packaging and, as far as possible, placed as they were sent. Claims for breakage will not be accepted for products handled by the customer.
- Claims or returns for products already installed will not be accepted. The customer, or the installer on their behalf, is obliged to check the material before installation to detect any defects and set aside the affected piece.
- The first step to request a return is to notify customer service by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or to info@ceramicconnection.es
- For a correct return, the pallet must be returned properly packaged so that the boxes remain securely in place, as received.
- Ceramic Connection is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
- If it is a defective product or shipping error, the return costs will be covered by Ceramic Connection.
- If the return is due to a customer decision or an error in the order, the costs will be borne by the customer.
- It is strongly recommended to request free samples before placing the order to avoid possible purchase errors.
- The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- If the return is due to reasons unrelated to Ceramic Connection, the full cost of the purchased goods will be refunded after checking their condition, without refunding any shipping fees already paid, as the delivery service has already been provided.
Payment method
- Payments are processed through the secure gateway Redsys, accepting most cards.
- Redsys ensures data protection via SSL encryption.
- The charge will only be made after verifying the details and receiving authorization from the issuer.
- Data will only be used to complete the transaction or process a possible refund.
- Secure payment available through PayPal using PayPal’s own platform.
- There is an option to make a payment in 3 installments.
- Once the order is placed, it will remain pending payment until the transfer is received.
- It is essential to indicate the order number in the transfer reference.
- The order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
- Bizum payment is also available for fast and secure transactions.
