• For special products such as skirting boards, mosaics, natural stones or handmade clays, the sample is not free.
• If you need a sample in the full format, you can order 1 box or 1 unit of any of our products.

• Samples are free of charge. Only shipping costs are paid.
• For high-priced products, samples have a cost ranging from €1 to €3 depending on the product.
• Shipping is carried out by courier to the indicated address.
• Delivery time in Spain: 2-3 working days (except for remote or island areas where delivery may take longer).
• Delivery time in Europe: 3-7 working days.
• You will receive a tracking number by email.
• Maximum of 8 samples per order. If you need more, please place multiple orders.
• Only one sample per model is allowed.

Products whose price is displayed per square metre are sold in full boxes. For this reason, the final order quantity will be automatically rounded up during the purchase process to the number of whole boxes required.

The ratio between boxes and square metres may vary by product, since one box does not necessarily equal an exact square metre. The customer may review the final quantity of boxes and square metres before confirming the order.

The technical specifications of each product, including format, finish, recommended use, square metres per box and other relevant information, are shown on the product page.

Most of our products are usually available in stock or under the supplier's usual availability. However, some references may occasionally be temporarily out of stock, being restocked, or pending manufacture.

We recommend always checking the availability shown on the product page and, in case of doubt or urgent orders, contacting our customer service team beforehand.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, destination and type of transport required. The estimated delivery or preparation time is shown on each product page.

The times indicated are approximate and may depend on factors beyond Ceramic Connection's control, such as the carrier's operations, actual product availability, logistical incidents, periods of high demand, or the ease of coordinating delivery with the customer.

During certain periods of the year, especially Christmas (24 December to 7 January) and the month of August, delivery times may be extended due to logistics staff holidays, manufacturer closures, transport restrictions or a build-up of orders.

Ceramic Connection will inform the customer if a significant delay is detected in the preparation or delivery of the order.

Orders for ceramic material, natural stone or other heavy or fragile products are usually shipped palletised via specialised transport.

The carrier must contact the customer to coordinate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact details and to be available to receive the order on the agreed date. Ceramic Connection will not be held responsible for any returns or additional costs arising from errors in the delivery details or the customer's failure to respond.

Orders are delivered kerbside, using a truck with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Delivery will be made as close as possible to the indicated access point, provided that road conditions, access, safety and manoeuvrability allow it.

Delivery does not include carrying the order into the home, into a garage, moving it within a building site, carrying it up stairs, using a crane, or manual unloading.

When receiving the order, the customer must carefully check the exterior condition of the pallet before signing for delivery and before handling, moving or unpacking the goods.

It is especially important to check whether the pallet shows:

• visible impacts.
• broken, crushed or shifted boxes.
• moisture.
• torn or tampered shrink wrap.
• a tilted, open or disorganised pallet.
• signs of having been repacked or altered during transport.
• any other external damage.

If any damage, impact, tampering or anomaly is observed, the customer must state this in writing on the carrier's delivery note before signing for delivery, using expressions such as “damaged goods”, “pallet impacted”, “packaging broken”, “pending inspection” or similar. It is the recipient's right and duty to confirm correct receipt of the goods and to note any reservations they wish on the delivery note. If the delivery personnel do not allow this because they are "in a hurry" or say "they will report it themselves", we recommend refusing the delivery or not signing the delivery note.

If the external damage is severe or obvious, we recommend refusing the goods and immediately informing Ceramic Connection.

Before unpacking, moving or handling the order, the customer must take photographs or videos of the complete pallet in the exact condition in which it was delivered, even if it shows no visible external damage.

We recommend photographing:

• the complete pallet from several angles.
• all sides of the pallet.
• the top of the pallet.
• the shipping label.
• the delivery note, if available.
• any visible impact, breakage, moisture or tampering.
• the affected boxes before opening them.
• the damaged pieces once the boxes have been opened.

These photographs are essential to verify whether any breakage, impact or damage occurred during transport, during delivery, or during subsequent handling.

The absence of photographs of the pallet at the time of receipt and before it is handled may prevent or seriously hinder verification of the origin of the damage. In such cases, Ceramic Connection cannot guarantee that a claim will be accepted if only photographs of pieces that have already been unpacked, moved, handled or separated from their original packaging are provided.
