Grouting, indoors and outdoors, of ceramic floor and wall tiles of any type (double-fired, single-fired, porcelain stoneware, clinker, etc.), terracotta, stone materials (natural stone, marble, granite, agglomerates, etc.) and vitreous and marble mosaic.
For 2mm joints, which is what we recommend, a 5kg bag can cover approx:
- 11 m2 in small elongated formats such as 7,5x30
- 18 m2 in formats such as 20x20cm
- 23 m2 in wooden formats such as 15x90cm or 20x120cm
- 48 m2 in 60x60cm formats
- 73 m2 in 60x120cm formats
- 85 m2 in 100x100cm formats

RETURNS
We always hope that our customers are delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery by notifying our customer service via the contact form with your order number. In the event that the products have suffered any damage or breakage during shipment, it must be noted at the time of receipt of the same, making it so stated on the delivery note of the carrier. It is recommended to check the goods received before any manipulation. In any case, no claims of any kind will be accepted after 14 calendar days.
For a correct processing of any claim, photos and/or videos of the problem in question will be necessary. If any damage or breakage has occurred during transport, it is advisable to take photos prior to any manipulation.
Once we receive the return request, we will arrange with the carrier the collection of your goods. The pallet must be perfectly packed as it was received. Please note that ceramic goods are delicate and may be damaged during transport, so we cannot be responsible for problems resulting from poor packaging.
Returned goods will be charged to Ceramic Connection in case of defects or errors in the order. If it is a return because you did not like the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For this purpose, it is strongly recommended to request free samples before placing the order.
The refund of the amounts received will be returned in the same form of payment with which the customer paid such amounts. The amount of the items will be refunded, reducing the cost of shipping, unless the fault has been Ceramic Connection.
No refunds will be allowed for products already installed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made securely by debit or credit card which will be processed through the RedSys platform, which accepts all major debit and credit cards. We use this platform because it ensures that your payment details are protected through SSL encryption technology. Your data will only be used to complete your purchase transaction and to process a refund if necessary. Your debit or credit card will only be charged after we have verified your card details and received authorization from your card issuer to proceed and process the payment.
You can also pay by bank transfer. In that case once your order is placed it will remain pending payment until we receive your transfer, which must be included in the concept in the order number. Once we receive the payment we will process your order.
