If the customer wishes to return a product because they do not like it, it does not fit their project, they made a mistake in their choice, or they no longer need it, they must inform Ceramic Connection within the applicable legal period, which is 14 calendar days.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been installed, cut, used or handled beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics, in its original boxes and properly protected for transport.
As these are heavy, fragile products that are usually palletised, the customer will be responsible for arranging the return by their own means or, if they prefer, may request Ceramic Connection to arrange collection. In that case, Ceramic Connection will inform the customer beforehand of the cost of collection and return transport.
The customer must ensure that the goods travel properly packaged, protected and palletised to avoid damage during return transport. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, without original packaging, with damaged boxes, used, installed, cut or handled in a way that prevents its sale as a new product, Ceramic Connection may refuse the return or apply the corresponding depreciation.
Once the material has been received and its condition verified, Ceramic Connection will process the corresponding refund in accordance with the applicable terms of sale.
