SAMPLE CONDITIONS

• Samples larger than 30 cm will be sent cut (max. 20x20 cm).
• The cutting is done manually, so edges may be uneven.
• The goal is to show the colour, texture, and finish.
• Returns are not accepted for samples with small imperfections on the edges.
• For special products such as skirting boards, mosaics, natural stones or handmade clays, the sample is not free.
• If you need a sample in the full format, you can order 1 box or 1 unit of any of our products.

• Samples are free of charge. Only shipping costs are paid.
• For high-priced products, samples have a cost ranging from €1 to €3 depending on the product.
• Shipping is carried out by courier to the indicated address.
• Delivery time in Spain: 2-3 working days (except for remote or island areas where delivery may take longer).
• Delivery time in Europe: 3-7 working days.
• You will receive a tracking number by email.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Products whose price is displayed per square metre are sold in full boxes. For this reason, the final order quantity will be automatically rounded up during the purchase process to the number of whole boxes required.

The ratio between boxes and square metres may vary by product, since one box does not necessarily equal an exact square metre. The customer may review the final quantity of boxes and square metres before confirming the order.

The technical specifications of each product, including format, finish, recommended use, square metres per box and other relevant information, are shown on the product page.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, destination and type of transport required. The estimated delivery or preparation time is shown on each product page.

The times indicated are approximate and may depend on factors beyond Ceramic Connection's control, such as the carrier's operations, actual product availability, logistical incidents, periods of high demand, or the ease of coordinating delivery with the customer.

During certain periods of the year, especially Christmas (24 December to 7 January) and the month of August, delivery times may be extended due to logistics staff holidays, manufacturer closures, transport restrictions or a build-up of orders.

Ceramic Connection will inform the customer if a significant delay is detected in the preparation or delivery of the order.

ORDER RECEIPT

Orders for ceramic material, natural stone or other heavy or fragile products are usually shipped palletised via specialised transport.

The carrier must contact the customer to coordinate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact details and to be available to receive the order on the agreed date. Ceramic Connection will not be held responsible for any returns or additional costs arising from errors in the delivery details or the customer's failure to respond.

Orders are delivered kerbside, using a truck with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Delivery will be made as close as possible to the indicated access point, provided that road conditions, access, safety and manoeuvrability allow it.

Delivery does not include carrying the order into the home, into a garage, moving it within a building site, carrying it up stairs, using a crane, or manual unloading.

INSPECTION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

When receiving the order, the customer must carefully check the exterior condition of the pallet before signing for delivery and before handling, moving or unpacking the goods.

It is especially important to check whether the pallet shows:

• visible impacts.
• broken, crushed or shifted boxes.
• moisture.
• torn or tampered shrink wrap.
• a tilted, open or disorganised pallet.
• signs of having been repacked or altered during transport.
• any other external damage.

If any damage, impact, tampering or anomaly is observed, the customer must state this in writing on the carrier's delivery note before signing for delivery, using expressions such as “damaged goods”, “pallet impacted”, “packaging broken”, “pending inspection” or similar. It is the recipient's right and duty to confirm correct receipt of the goods and to note any reservations they wish on the delivery note. If the delivery personnel do not allow this because they are "in a hurry" or say "they will report it themselves", we recommend refusing the delivery or not signing the delivery note.

If the external damage is severe or obvious, we recommend refusing the goods and immediately informing Ceramic Connection.

MANDATORY PHOTOGRAPHS TO VERIFY INCIDENTS

Before unpacking, moving or handling the order, the customer must take photographs or videos of the complete pallet in the exact condition in which it was delivered, even if it shows no visible external damage.

We recommend photographing:

• the complete pallet from several angles.
• all sides of the pallet.
• the top of the pallet.
• the shipping label.
• the delivery note, if available.
• any visible impact, breakage, moisture or tampering.
• the affected boxes before opening them.
• the damaged pieces once the boxes have been opened.

These photographs are essential to verify whether any breakage, impact or damage occurred during transport, during delivery, or during subsequent handling.

The absence of photographs of the pallet at the time of receipt and before it is handled may prevent or seriously hinder verification of the origin of the damage. In such cases, Ceramic Connection cannot guarantee that a claim will be accepted if only photographs of pieces that have already been unpacked, moved, handled or separated from their original packaging are provided.

Returns / issues

SHIPPING INCIDENTS

In the event of breakage, impact, damage or visible tampering during transport, the customer must report it to Ceramic Connection as soon as possible, providing photographs and sufficient documentation to assess the incident.

To properly process a transport incident, the following must be provided whenever possible:

• order number.
• photographs of the complete pallet before it is handled.
• photographs of the outer packaging.
• photographs of the shipping label.
• photographs of the affected boxes.
• photographs of the damaged pieces.
• the exact number of boxes or pieces affected.
• a copy or photograph of the delivery note with the noted reservation, if visible damage had been detected.
• a clear description of the incident detected.

VISIBLE DAMAGE AT DELIVERY

If the damage is visible at the time of delivery, it must be stated in writing on the carrier's delivery note before signing for receipt.

If the customer signs for delivery without reservations and does not provide photographs of the pallet before it is handled, it may become impossible to verify whether the breakage or damage occurred during transport.

In the event of significant visible damage, Ceramic Connection may request additional documentation before accepting the incident or proceeding with a replacement.

DAMAGE NOT VISIBLE OR DETECTED WHEN OPENING THE BOXES

In some cases, the pallet may show no obvious external damage, and breakage may only be detected when the boxes are opened. In this case, the customer must report the incident to Ceramic Connection as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

The customer must keep the original packaging, boxes, labels and affected material until the incident has been reviewed.

Late reporting, lack of original packaging, absence of photographs of the pallet's initial condition, or handling of the material may hinder or prevent verification of the origin of the damage.

MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN HANDLED, MOVED OR REMOVED FROM ITS PACKAGING

In order to assess a transport incident, it is necessary to preserve traceability of the damage from the moment of delivery.

When the material has been unpacked, moved, installed, cut, mixed with other boxes or separated from its original packaging without prior photographic documentation, Ceramic Connection may request additional evidence.

If the documentation provided does not make it possible to verify that the breakage existed at the time of delivery or that it is attributable to transport, Ceramic Connection may reject the claim, stating its reasons.

TIME LIMIT FOR PROVIDING DOCUMENTATION

Once an incident has been reported, Ceramic Connection may request the customer to provide the documentation necessary to assess the case.

The customer must provide such documentation as soon as possible. If, after 5 calendar days from the request, the necessary information has not been received, Ceramic Connection may send a reminder.

If, after a further 5 calendar days, the documentation remains incomplete or there has been no response, the incident may be provisionally closed due to insufficient documentation.

Provisional closure does not prevent the customer from subsequently providing additional documentation, but delay, failure to keep the packaging, or handling of the material may prevent verification of the origin of the damage.

RESOLUTION OF INCIDENTS

Once the documentation has been received and reviewed, Ceramic Connection will assess the incident and, if applicable, may arrange for the replacement of the affected material, the corresponding refund, or the collection of the damaged goods.

Acceptance of a transport incident will depend on the documentation provided, the condition of the packaging, the photographs available, the reservations made at delivery, and the possibility of verifying that the damage occurred during transport.

Ceramic Connection cannot guarantee acceptance of claims based solely on photographs of broken pieces that have already been unpacked, without images of the pallet as received, without original packaging, without labels, without the affected boxes, or without sufficient traceability of the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

RETURNS DUE TO WITHDRAWAL OR CHANGE OF MIND

If the customer wishes to return a product because they do not like it, it does not fit their project, they made a mistake in their choice, or they no longer need it, they must inform Ceramic Connection within the applicable legal period, which is 14 calendar days.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been installed, cut, used or handled beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics, in its original boxes and properly protected for transport.

As these are heavy, fragile products that are usually palletised, the customer will be responsible for arranging the return by their own means or, if they prefer, may request Ceramic Connection to arrange collection. In that case, Ceramic Connection will inform the customer beforehand of the cost of collection and return transport.

The customer must ensure that the goods travel properly packaged, protected and palletised to avoid damage during return transport. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, without original packaging, with damaged boxes, used, installed, cut or handled in a way that prevents its sale as a new product, Ceramic Connection may refuse the return or apply the corresponding depreciation.

Once the material has been received and its condition verified, Ceramic Connection will process the corresponding refund in accordance with the applicable terms of sale.

INCORRECT PRODUCT OR INCIDENT ATTRIBUTABLE TO CERAMIC CONNECTION

If the customer receives a product other than the one ordered, or an incident attributable to Ceramic Connection occurs, they must report it as soon as possible, providing photographs of the product received, the box labels, and the order number.

If the error is confirmed, Ceramic Connection will arrange the corresponding solution, which may consist of replacement, collection, substitution or refund, depending on the case.

Before installing, cutting or handling the material, the customer must check that the product received matches the order placed, including model, format, colour, shade, calibre and quantity. This check is necessary in order to process any claim regarding the products received.

Claims for defects in supplied material will not be accepted for products that have already been installed.
