wHY DO WE RECOMMEND ORDERING SAMPLES?

  • Ceramic tile production is a firing process in which tiles undergo physical changes and transformations throughout their manufacture. This means that each production is unique and there are slight differences in both tone and surface from one production to another. We are talking about subtleties, in many cases imperceptible, but worth mentioning.

  • By ordering samples, you can closely examine the texture, color and finishes of the tiles in your own environment. This allows you to see how they interact with the lighting in your home, as well as how they blend with existing furnishings and décor. In addition, you will be able to appreciate the quality of the tiles in person, which will give you more confidence when making a final decision.

  • At Ceramic Connection we try to show the images as realistic as possible to the actual pieces. It is impossible to control what device you are viewing with. The color of the parts may vary slightly from one device to another due to screen calibration. So we cannot be held responsible for slight variations in tone with respect to the display on each screen.

  • All samples sent to us are free of charge. You just have to pay for the shipping costs by regular mail.



HOW TO ORDER FREE SAMPLES?

  1. Go to the product page of the product you are interested in.

  2. Click on the "REQUEST SAMPLE" button.

  3. You can request samples of several products in the same order by repeating step 1 and 2.

  4. Place the order and you will receive the samples at your home address.



SAMPLE REQUEST CONDITIONS

  • The samples are sent to appreciate the color, texture, and touch. In case the sample arrives with any damage that does not prevent to appreciate these nuances, the amount will not be refunded, since they are free, only the amount of preparation and transport will be charged.

  • Small size samples will be sent whole. For large sized pieces, samples will be sent with a maximum format of 20x20cm. These samples are cut by hand, so the edges of the piece may not be well finished.

  • In case the samples have been cut from larger pieces, their edges will present irregularities and small defects in the edges since the cutting of the samples is "manual", of course this will not be the final finish of the complete piece, therefore please send the sample only to see color, surfaces, texture, etc.

  • For special pieces such as beveled baseboards, mesh mosaics, natural stones or handmade clay, the sample will not be free; a part of its value will be paid, since they are pieces that have a high cost due to their manufacturing process.

  • If you want a sample with the original measurements, please request it by e-mail and we will study its viability.

  • You cannot request more than one sample per tile model.

  • To ensure the integrity of each box, we send a maximum of eight samples per shipment. If the number of samples you need is more than eight, you will have to place different orders.

  • The samples are sent by a parcel service to the indicated address.




DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMES

  • Sample shipments to Spain have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. For sample shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.

  • Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our office, which we will notify you by email. When you place the order and we have your material ready for delivery, we will give you a tracking number so you can locate it.

  • You can check the estimated delivery date on the carrier's website.

  • Delivery is considered completed at the moment the transport or courier agency unloads or delivers the order to the customer at the delivery address designated by the customer.
